Meet Red Fiber, the newest broadband service in town. And they’re promising the most reliable fiber internet!

There is another player in town when it comes to broadband service. RED Fiber, from Radius Telecoms, Inc. (RADIUS), in partnership with Cignal TV, recently launched its “Get Ready for the RED Life” campaign. Radius Telecoms is 100% owned by Meralco; Red Fiber runs on Radius’ pure end-to-end fiber optic network.

At the launch, Radius and Cignal TV officials announced that they are growing their presence in Mega Manila, CALABARZON (Calamba, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon), Clark, Cebu, and soon, in other areas in the Visayas.

RED Fiber offers service packages that suit different household needs. You can get the Internet Only Plans or the Dual Play Plans, with added IPTV content provided by Cignal TV. Here are their current plans:

According to Red Fiber officials, they have taken note of consumers’ common issues with their current service providers. With Red Fiber, they are saying that they would provide –

  • Seamless streaming experience
  • Stable internet connectivity
  • Higher service reliability (Installation within 3 days of application as well as round-the-clock service specialists who are ready to attend to customer concerns and guarantee user satisfaction)
  • Reduced network downtime compared to other providers (24-hour service restoration)
  • 90-day Internet Guarantee Program for new subscribers where they can discontinue their service without a pre-termination fee

Red Fiber also announced its current promo for new subscribers — 3 months free plus double the bandwidth plan they subscribed to till the end of 2021.
